Durand, Gottlieb to present at 2018 WBCA Convention

Register today for the 2018 WBCA Convention to see on-court presentations by Ohio Northern head coach Michele Durand and California head coach Lindsay Gottlieb.

Last season Durand guided the Polar Bears to their first undefeated regular season in program history and an Ohio Athletic Conference title. She went on to lead the program to its ninth NCAA Division III tournament appearance. Durand is a three-time Great Lakes Region Coach of the Year and four-time OAC Coach of the Year recipient.

Gottlieb is the first head coach in Cal history to take the program to the NCAA Elite Eight and NCAA Women’s Final Four. In the same year, she led the Golden Bears to their first Pac-12 regular-season championship and was named a 2012-13 Naismith National Coach of the Year finalist. With a 138-65 school record, Gottlieb is the winningest women’s coach in Cal history.

On-court presentations in the WBCA Courtside Expo allow attendees to see top coaches in women’s basketball demonstrate plays and drills they use in building their successful programs. To see previous on-court presentations, log in to wbca.org and visit the Coaching Library.
