Please note: The WBCA membership year runs Sept. 1 through Aug. 31 — no matter when a member joins, renews or reinstates their membership.
If your login information does not work, please contact the membership department at 770-279-8027 (prompt 2) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not create a new or duplicate profile. If your organization or email address has changed, contact the membership department instead of creating a new account.
If you are reinstating your membership, it is important to know you are only able to log into WBCA.org to reinstate your membership. You will not have access to your member profile. This means if you forget your password, and no longer have access to your email, you must call the membership department for assistance.
Membership in the WBCA runs from Sept. 1 through Aug. 31. Billing begins in September by email. All fees are in U.S. funds and, once received, are non-refundable.
**Note: New, renewing and reinstating members must submit the full annual dues rate; prorated dues amounts are no longer applicable.**
All applicants must attest that they have read and agree to abide by the WBCA Code of Ethics.
Have you moved, changed phone numbers or email addresses? Click Update Profile to update your profile and make sure all your information is up to date.
Please note that if you have changed position (head, assistant, etc.) or school/organization you will need to notify the WBCA staff at email@example.com.
Obtain an Invoice or Receipt
Log in and click Update Profile. View your my invoice account link and print a current invoice (for this current cycle of dues) or print a receipt for a previous payment (event registration, dues payment, etc.).
