The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) is the premier source of learning and knowledge for coaches of women's and girls' basketball. The association provides resources, education, ideas and leadership to enhance the power and performance of its members.   • Awards

    • Member coaches, their players and administrators, at all divisions are eligible for WBCA awards such as Coach of the Year, Assistant Coach of the Year, Player of the Year, and Coaches’ All-America.

  • Benevolent Fund

    • This fund assists member coaches who experience financial hardship through no fault of their own.

  • BREAKTHRU Brands

    • The WBCA is thrilled to announce a three-year educational partnership with BREAKTHRUBrands. To learn more, email membership@wbca.org. This company advances women in leadership to boldly lead people, ideas and organizations with confidence.

  • Career Center

    • Members have access to the WBCA Career Center to post open positions or find that next position in your coaching journey.

  • Coaches Inc.

    • Coaches Inc. provides free round-the-clock access to consultation and guidance regarding career-related issues. To use this benefit, email your contact information and description of your situation to membership@wbca.org.

  • Coaching Library

    • Available 24/7, 365 days a year, members have access to more than 1,000 videos, PDF’s and audio files, in the online WBCA Coaching Library.

  • Convention

    • Each year the WBCA hosts the largest gathering of women’s and girls’ basketball coaches in the NCAA Division I Women’s Final Four city. Join us at the 2024 WBCA Convention, April 4-7, in Cleveland, Ohio. Visit WBCA.org for announcements about featured speakers and programming.

  • Educational Programming

    • Attend, watch or listen to WBCA programming (featured speakers, virtual town halls, podcasts, etc.) covering topics such as leadership, X’s and O’s, team building, and budgeting.

  • Enterprise & National

    • Enterprise and National are the WBCA’s preferred providers of rental vehicles. Be sure to enroll in Emerald Club — a loyalty program. If already enrolled, log in and begin securing discounted reservations all year long.

  • Open Dates Portal

    • Looking to fill an open game date? The WBCA website houses a portal for non-NCAA Division I members.

  • Member Services Fund

    • The Member Services Fund assists in all areas and needs of the WBCA membership.

  • Open Practice, Camp and Clinic Registry

    • If you are a collegiate coach, share practices, camps, and clinics that are open for high school and non-scholastic coaches to attend. High school and non-scholastic coaches use this registry to sign up and attend practices, camps and clinics in your area.

  • Opportunities & Networking

    • Participate in the WBCA beyond educational programming, through the season of service, mentoring programs, committees and working groups.
