Helpful Hints for Submitting a Nomination . . .
■ Make sure you are logged out of any previous session. You should always be asked to log in before submitting a nomination or making edits to an existing nomination.
■ Complete the nomination in one sitting.
■ Do not walk away from your computer for any period of time. This will cause the page to timeout without your knowledge and your nomination will not be saved or submitted.
■ Do not close out the webpage until you either log out or have hit the submit button and see a Thank You page. If you close the webpage too soon, your nomination will not be saved or submitted.
If you need to make changes to an existing form . . .
■ Click on Submit Nomination link next to appropriate award.
■ Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says Your Previous Nominations.
■ Then click on the Edit icon next to the existing nomination and make any necessary changes.
