Jeff White is the manager of digital media. He leads the association in its digital efforts and manages video, pictures and web content. He also develops and manages the WBCA’s comprehensive social media plan. He has held this position since May 2016 after serving four months as the WBCA’s digital media/marketing intern in that year’s Betty F. Jaynes Internship Program class.
Prior to joining the WBCA, White worked with the sports information departments at Northwest University and Central Washington University. There he assisted in digital media production and gameday operations. He also received a brief look into the conference tournament world by working with the media relations team for the 2015 Pac-12 Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament in Seattle, Washington.
Born near Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Seattle, White received his Bachelor of Arts in communications public relations from Eastern Washington University in 2012. After graduation he focused on community development in the Seattle area which included coaching a middle school basketball team for three years.
