This is a traditional, small-group mentoring program designed to bring coaches and staffs together during the basketball season.

Emerging Leaders Mentoring Group (Undergraduate Members Only)
This is a mentoring group designed exclusively for WBCA Tier F undergraduate members. Participants connect with peers, expand their professional network, gain insight into careers in collegiate women’s basketball, and learn from experienced leaders in the profession.
To participate, become a Tier F undergraduate member of the WBCA.
Deadline to join is October 15.
Mentor Madness (Convention Only – Must Be Registered)
This is a fast-paced, small-group mentoring session during the annual convention. Participants have face-time with experienced head coaches to discuss pertinent coaching issues.
To participate as a mentee, register through your convention registration form.
Availability is limited. First come, first served.
