Board of Directors

The WBCA relies on its members to help run an efficient association. 

The WBCA Board of Directors oversees the operation of the association and ensures the association has the resources necessary to meet the needs of its members. The Board of Directors is composed of 24 voting board members.

Additionally, the WBCA has a multitude of committees, councils and working groups that assist in growing our game.

Member coaches have the opportunity to volunteer on the WBCA Board of Directors, committees, councils and working groups.  Coaches can also volunteer at the annual WBCA Convention that is held in conjunction with the NCAA Women’s Final Four by presenting at a learning lab, roundtable session or other WBCA educational event.
