Eligibility Requirements:
WBCA member
Must be a current, active WBCA member at time of nomination.
Years coaching
Minimum 5 years coaching experience. DOBO and GA roles do not count.
Past convention
Must have previously attended the WBCA convention.
Head coach nomination
Must be nominated by a current WBCA member head coach.
