Through its extensive awards and recognition programs, the WBCA community of coaches:
- Celebrates peers and their players who have excelled during the current season of competition;
- Honors individuals in differing roles who have contributed to the advancement of the association and the sport;
- Pays tribute to those who have dedicated the entirety of their careers to the game they love;
- Rewards teams and individuals for their accomplishments in the classroom; and
- Identifies the up-and-coming members of the profession who will lead the sport tomorrow.
Selections occur in the fall and winter. See the respective pages for each award or recognition program for their selection dates.
