2026 Convention Housing SOLD OUT
If you made a reservation in the WBCA block you agreed to the housing policies and financial commitment outlined below. Read them if you have not already done so.
Housing Policy
- For 2026, the name on the reservation must match the name on the WBCA registration. If the name does not match, the WBCA will cancel the reservation without notice. Please note: One (1) reservation allowed per registrant.
- A three-night minimum stay is required for all reservations.
- A credit card with an expiration date after April 2026 is required. If the same credit card is used for multiple reservations, that card will be charged for each reservation.
- The hotel will confirm space on a first-come, first-served basis — and have limited availability.
- Room types are not guaranteed; however, the hotel will make every effort to accommodate requests based upon availability.
- Reservations are subject to all local sales and occupancy taxes.
- The WBCA staff is not responsible for booking, modifying or cancelling any hotel reservations.
Cancellations/No-Shows Policy
- If you need to cancel your reservation please reach out to the hotel directly. You will be responsible for any fees associated with changes and or cancellations.
- No shows will be charged for the entire stay and the room may be released.
- Any registrants participating in tournaments such as WBI, WBIT, WNIT Championship or NCAA Final Four are responsible for contacting the hotel 24-48 hours prior to check in (depending on hotel policy) to cancel or edit their reservations in order to avoid any penalty fees. The WBCA is not responsible for making or facilitating these changes.
- Please advise the hotel of any late arrivals.
- To avoid charges, any cancellations must be made 24-48 hours prior to arrival (depending on the hotel).
