The Next Generation Institute curriculum focuses on the CEO attributes needed to lead a program and be a problem-solver in today’s ever-changing landscape of higher education and the enterprise of intercollegiate athletics. 

Looking to fill an open game date? The WBCA website houses a portal for non-NCAA Division I members.

The purpose of the portal is to create learning and networking opportunities for high school and non-scholastic coaches by developing a registry of open collegiate practices, camps and clinics in their area.

The Gamechangers: A WBCA Podcast. Created by the WBCA Assistant Coaches Committee, this podcast is dedicated to the groundbreaking shifts in women’s basketball. Each episode highlights a gamechanger—coaches, visionaries, and leaders who have made a lasting impact on the game. 

This program assists female collegiate basketball players who are interested in pursuing a career in coaching women’s basketball by providing them with professional development and career advancement through education, skills enhancement, networking and exposure opportunities. 

This series provides members — both coaches and supporting staff — with outstanding content throughout the year.
