The 2025 call for FASTBREAKS presenters opens Monday, Aug. 5 . The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. ET, Monday, Sept. 30.
The WBCA invites coaches, administrators and industry professionals to share their knowledge and expertise during the 2025 WBCA Convention in Tampa, Florida.
Fastbreaks (formerly called Roundtables) follow a “TED Talks” format. A presenter will have 15 to 20 minutes to lead a topic of discussion while engaging your audience to participate in a smaller group setting. The audience then changes and the presenter repeats the presentation — a total of three times at 15-20 minutes per presentation. A presenter must be a current WBCA member and be registered to attend the 2025 convention.
Please submit one application per topic. If you would like to apply to present more than one presentation on a different topic(s), you must submit a separate application for each topic.

- Alumni events.
- Fundraising ideas.
- Selecting team captains.
- Teambuilders.
- Drawing up plays.
- Utilizing timeouts.
Be prepared to answer the following:
- Presentation title.
- Presentation takeways.
- Presentation description (150 words or less).
