Convention

The WBCA Convention is the perfect mixture of education, networking opportunities and fun. Held in conjunction with the NCAA Women's Final Four, it is where you can connect with colleagues at every level of the sport, celebrate the end of the season, and start preparing for the one ahead.

What You’ll Experience

Grow

Thousands of members from the basketball community register to attend the WBCA Convention for many reasons — one of the top reasons being its content.

The WBCA Convention is four days full of actionable, thought-provoking and strategic content from top coaches and industry professionals who have been in your shoes and have propelled their program(s) to great heights.

Our goal is that you leave convention with notebooks full of actionable strategies and better prepared for the following season.

Connect

The WBCA Convention focuses on more than just professional development. With the welcome party, coaching huddles, program meet-ups and more, you’ll have countless opportunities to interact with coaches and staffs from all levels of our game while creating valuable connections that will last beyond the event.

Convention also offers a Courtside Expo with more than 45 venders that not only demonstrate valuable products but offer fun swag.

Learn

From on-court presentations to learning labs and roundtables, the WBCA Convention will prepare you to leave on the final day not only feeling inspired to take on your next season, but with a plan and resources.

Sessions will be recorded and made available to all registrants and WBCA members after the conclusion of convention. You will also have access to the convention app which is full of supplemental materials.

Recognize

Each year at the WBCA Convention, we celebrate coaches and staffs as well as their players who have excelled during the current season of competition. Each of our more than 40 awards and their winners are recognized through different outlets at convention whether within the convention app, the awards brochure, signage, video presentation or on stage.
