South Carolina remains No. 1 by a mere two points in this week's USA TODAY Sports/WBCA Top 25 Coaches Poll. The Gamecocks (13-1), despite losing their first game of the season on the road at Missouri, edged out No. 2 Louisville (12-1) for the top spot on voters' ballots, 775-773. South Carolina received 16 first-place votes; Louisville 14. The other two No. 1 votes went to No. 3 Stanford (9-3) and No. 5 Arizona (10-0). NC State (12-2) remained No. 4.
