South Carolina (14-1) is the new No. 1 in this week's USA TODAY Sports Top 25 Coaches Poll following a bevy of upsets that saw Louisville, North Carolina State and Connecticut each suffer their first loss of the season within the span of five days. NC State (12-1), despite losing to Virginia Tech, remains No. 2 on the strength of its defeat of former No. 1 Louisville (16-1) which falls to No. 3. Meanwhile, No. 4 UCLA (10-2) and No. 5 UConn (11-1), which lost at Arkansas, exchange places.
