No. 5 Bowdoin (19-1) and No. 6 Hope (18-1) suffered their first losses of the 2017-18 season by fellow top 25 foes in the WBCA NCAA Division III coaches poll. Trine (18-2) jumped from No. 12 to No. 8 after its 58-55 victory over Hope, and No. 1 Amherst (20-0) stayed atop the rankings after defeating Bowdoin 49-45.
