In 2014-15, the WBCA asked its members what they needed from their professional association. In 2015-16, the WBCA put in place the necessary infrastructure and personnel to meet those needs. In 2016-17, the WBCA delivered! Never before has the WBCA made such a dramatic leap forward in the services it provides its members as did the association this past membership year.
The WBCA is pleased to share with you the 2016-17 annual report, which summarizes the new programs and services launched this past year. Please open and read it. We have kept it brief so that it does not take too much of your valuable time to do so.
