Daniella came to the WBCA through the Betty F. Jaynes Internship program in Spring 2007. She became the Manager of Events and Office Administration in July 2007 after the completion of her internship and graduating from Kennesaw State University that May. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Marketing.
At the WBCA, Daniella is responsible for all aspects of the High School All-American Game presented by Nike, assisting the Director of Events in various aspects of the WBCA National Convention and all aspects involved in office management.
Prior to coming to the WBCA, she worked as the project manager for the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk. Some of her duties included recruiting students and faculty to participate, obtain sponsorships, and raise money among other duties.
She also worked as a Wellness Assistant where she conducted fitness assessments, designed educational displays, and served as a member of the search committee for a Peer Educator Coordinator.
Daniella is no stranger to moving. She is originally from Phoenix, AZ and has had a chance to live in Mississippi, California, New Jersey and Georgia, where she currently resides. This gave her the opportunity to see many different parts of the country and experience the diversity that exists in each area making her the person she is today.
